We just analyzed DTC Beauty behemoth Spoiled Child’s Quiz Funnel + Upsell Funnel inside the Funnel of the Week Members Area:

What's interesting is how Spoiled Child has mastered the art of the “try before you buy” / “free + shipping” funnel for 2025.

All entry points to the front end are “Pay $0 Now”:

And this theme continues into the upsell funnel as well, with several additional ways to add trial products.

Now here’s something Spoiled Child does that’s really creative…

They have a quiz funnel INSIDE their upsell funnel.

On what appears to be the “thank you page” you’ll see after Upsell 3, you’ll see an embedded “Wanna get $20?” quiz:

After 11 questions in the quiz, we are directed to what looks like another PDP/sales page:

I was expecting to have to enter my payment details after clicking that “Try before you buy” button…

…But nope! Spoiled Child brilliantly made this a one-click upsell.

With just one click (after those 11 questions), I’ve added another trial subscription (and potential re-bill) to my purchase list.

And that $20 credit is there for any future purchases with Spoiled Child.

Spoiled Child dangled that “get $20” carrot to extract more customer data plus show another compelling free trial offer and further add to LTV/MRR.
